Sandra J. Cook, RN, MSN, FNP-C, graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Joseph's College of Nursing in Chicago and received a Masters in Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Degree (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Phoenix. She is a current member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In addition to many years of experience in the assessment and pharmacologic therapy of pain, Sandra promotes disease screening and preventative health to her patients.

Douglas J. Lucas, MS, FNP-C, graduated Suma Cum Laude from both Arizona State University and the University of Phoenix receiving his Master of Science in Nursing. Doug has experience in both Orthopedic spine surgery/rehabilitation as well as Neurosurgical experience from the Barrow Neurological Institute. He remains a current member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Luis Quintana, MS, MBA, FNP, is a graduate of Arizona State University’s College of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Luis’s clinical sub-specialty as an NP is in Neurosciences (Neurology). Prior to joining DPI, Luis has practiced as an NP in Neurology and Internal Medicine practice settings that included acute hospital based and outpatient private practice. Luis’s neurology interests include Sleep medicine and pain management. Prior to earning his NP, most of his professional RN practice was in Cardiothoracic, Vascular surgery and Emergency nursing. Luis served 21 years in the US Navy and Reserve, initially as a Hospital Corpsman and retired as a Lieutenant Nurse Corps officer. Academic credentials include: AS in Advanced Emergency Medical Technology, BS and MS in Nursing, BS in Health Care Management and Master of Business Administration.
