DPI Mesa is located at 6309 E. Baywood, one block north of Broadway Road, four blocks west of Power Road and east of Recker Road in east Mesa.

Directions:
From Route 60 eastbound:
Exit at Higley Road. Turn left. Drive north on Higley Road to Broadway Road. Turn right. Drive eastbound on Broadway Road, beyond Recker Road, to 63rd Street. Turn left. Drive one block north. Desert Pain Institute is on the NE corner of 63rd Street and Baywood Avenue.

From Route 60 westbound:
Exit at Power Road. Turn right. Drive north on Power Road to Broadway Road. Turn left. Drive westbound on Broadway Road to 63rd Street. Turn right. Drive one block north. Desert Pain Institute is on the NE corner of 63rd Street and Baywood Avenue.

DPI (Phoenix) is located at 4400 North 32nd Street, Suite 150, ½ mile north of Indian School in east Phoenix.

Directions:
From 202/Red Mountain Freeway westbound:
Exit 1C or 32nd street on the right. Go north/right and travel past Indian School about ½ mile. DPI is on the left side of the street just before Campbell. We are on the first floor of the south building in The Centre.

From 202/Red Mountain Freeway eastbound:
Driving through the downtown tunnel, take 202 East and exit 1C or 32nd street on the right. Go north/left and travel past Indian School about ½ mile. DPI is on the left side of the street just before Campbell. We are on the first floor of the south building in The Centre.

From 51/Piestewa Freeway southbound:
Exit 3 or Indian School on the right. Go east/left on Indian School to 32nd street. Go north/left on 32nd street about ½ mile. DPI is on the left side of the street just before Campbell. We are on the first floor of the south building in The Centre.
